The letter Z not working on my laptop keyboard HELP PLEASE

For some reason the Z key on my laptop has randomly stopped working can anyone help me please hoping its a easy to sort.

Might be dirty. Take a paper clip put a little hook on it and lift up on all 4 sides. blow it out.
also might be able to use isopropyl alcohol and q swab.

yeah i did think that so i took the key off and was nothing under it, it has to be a hardwear problem because when it starts up if i click any text box it will just repeat the letter and then i push any other letter to stop it and then it just doesnt work :/ i dont know what todo :/
