Hey guys, i currently have a 430W Thermaltake PSU, will it be enough to run a 8800GTS??? if not what is a good for the price PSU that can run it and is not too expensive??

Thanks for any input :D

No, you might want to get a good psu rather than a lower quality psu which could barely power it, try looking at 50$-100$

It really depends on your CPU.
My CPU is Q6600 with a 8800GTS. Together with everything else, I need a 650 watt, 12v@34a at least in order to operate.
I currently have a 500 watt with 12v@34a tho, and I see BSOD when at full load.
Then i tried using 2 PSU at the same time, and my BSODs were gone. So i'm gonna get a 650-700 watt soon.
Your 430watt will definitely not work even with a Duo as supposed to Quad.

Google a PSU calculator to determine the wattage and 12v rail amp you need your PSU to be.

But for sure, 430W.. impossible.

And don't forget to consider the # of connectors, and noise
