Thinking of selling my Xbox 360 pro on Ebay,What options you think i should choose?

Buy It now?
Auction?

How much for the whole lot you recokon if a BUY IT NOW?

Xbox 360 Pro (60Gb hard Drive)
2x Controllers (1 wires/1 Wireless)
6x games.
+ all leads

Also...what sort of price do you think i should put on the Delivery? i was thinking £14 because of the weight?..and of course i will want it Recorded delivery just incase it goes walkies or gets damaged.

Appreciate the feedback.

have you tried selling on gumtree and adtrader first to avoid those pesky ebay seller fees

if you go for ebay i would try just auction might get a bit more but set your minimum reserve bid

£14 sounds about right maybe £15, have to account for your packaging aswell

are sending royal mail or private delivery company ?

I have not no,It would probabaly be the best option though to save on Postage i suppose.

I asked gamestation how much they would give me for it all and they said £50 :D

Me dont thinks so. :P

yeah i would browse gumtree etc, and put it in there first at same price point as similar adds, and if it doesnt sell in a decent time try ebay, but again make you minmum bid close to the common sale price

And if you do end up putting it in the classifieds then always post it for at least $30-$40 more then your original asking price and put OBO. People will always offer you less then your asking price. Or offer to trade for some PC parts.

Some e-bay pointers to 'avoid the fee'...

=> Get free packing material on craigslist. Or you can go to your local grocery store/walmart/target/etc... and ask for someone in the back room and ask them what they do with their boxes, most of the time they recycle them. I have a connection at a Target and a Best Buy for boxes, so I NEVER have to buy them. See if there are any "Material exchange" organizations in your area. I noticed there are a few in the UK area, but don't know how good they are. Here in Minnesota, I'm part of one and can get free packing peanuts and bubble wrap whenever it's listed, which is usually often.

=> Make an HTML listing in which pictures are hosted else where and you can have as many FREE pictures as you want. With that being said, take TONS of pictures and make sure they are high quality and have a white background. No one wants to see your junk/messy room behind what you are selling!

=> Do a completed search of the item to see what it's currently going for and to see how many are currently online. Knowing that Xbox 360 is a popular item, you really need to sell what it comes with more than the actual console.

=> Calulated shipping fee ALWAYS and add on atleast 5-8% of what you think the final price is for paypal and ebay fees. People think they're paying for packing material when it's actually paying the fees sinec you got free packing material!

That's all I got for now :P I'd help you with the prices, but really don't feel like dealing with UK monopoly money :P
