I don't know, maybe it's a lot more expensive to make it take all the pictures though the same lens due to CCD limitations with the TV resolutions and all, but I find this a little stupid... I mean I have seen 1.3MP video cameras, all taken though the same lens.

Hehe, yeah, I'm into video editing and photography too... I was browsing around steve's digicams when I saw that. Very much over kill... I wonder how it performs compared to separate cameras... I know I don't like the idea of not being able use the video camera's more powerful zoom and all...
