United Kingdom: Eurogamer?

Well it's on my birthday... ;) Where is it? May be worth going to if it's going to be good.

Earl's Court Convention Centre in London.

I went last year with the admins from my clan. We were going to do it this year as well, but one of them has their baby due around end of September/start October, so can't really commit, and another can't get time off work being a teacher to do the whole weekend.

Eliptic, have you been before?

=EDIT=

and and spirit, you can't get early entry tickets, all sold out, it really is worth getting em because otherwise you will be queueing for everything for a while. If you get early entry, you can at least see some things early. It is also best to go for the full weekend so you see the presentations and what not as well as the floor

Meh I won't bother then, don't want to be queueing for hours, and I can't really spend the whole weekend down there.

You can get a one day ticket, just will just be in a couple hours after everyone else. Even if you get early access, after the first hour or so you will be queueing to try stuff, but for us it was only ~20 min for an MW3 video, which didn't work so we got to jump the queue to play the game :P

This being a 4 day event, where the hell do you stay overnight?

I don't really fancy having to commute to the location every day, as it'll take hours of time, lots of energy and most likely a lot of money for transport.

At the same time, there's no way I'm paying £100 a night for a hotel in London. :P

A hotel that may as well have been on the runway at Heathrow lol. Tube ticket is cheap enough and we found ourselves some nice pubs in and around Earl's Court to have breakfast at and a pint afterwards :D

For hotel, there were 4 of us in a 3 bed room lol, so it works out at about 20 quid a night each, where as it should have been £250 a night for the room, shopping around ftw ;). The hotel itself was amazing, apart from the prices at the bar, which is to be expected really at a hotel in London, especially one next to the airport

Hi,
I was supposed to go to Eurogamer Expo 2012 with my brother and friend, but our friend can't go and we have a spare ticket. It is 4-day Super Pass with Early Entry (10am - 7pm) for £40 and we also have spare bed in a 3 people room in a hotel near the Expo (4 nights).
The room is optional, if anybody would want to buy just the ticket it's OK. Write me a message for more details.

Unfortunately you will need 100 posts before you can sell on the forum as per forum rules.

Would have jumped on this though if I could get my hands on a second 4 day ticket :o
