Honestly with that price range I would go for a way better PSU. 620W may just squeak you by, but over time I do not think it will last. Id recommend at LEAST 650W.
Its always a good idea to have a nice beefy power supply if your going to put in a big graphics card. As the more potential of the PSU you use, the faster it wears, the more it wears, the less power it can produce, and its a downward spiral.
