Anyone can give a URL which offer free upload of video files, i have 5 10MB video files i need to share with my family on the internet.

The easiest way if you want to upload all 5 to share with your family, you should just compress all 5. Do this with a compression tool such as WinRAR or WinZip and upload the file to hosting servers such as www.megaupload.com www.uploading.com www.gigeshare.com www.rapidshare.de and have them get it that way.
