Warcraft III help

My system specs are:Intel845GRG 2.00ghz p4,nvidia geforcefx55oo 256MB and 256MB RAM.My problem is when i try to run this game an error message as follows pops up.

This application has encountered a critical error:

FATAL ERROR!

Program: c:\warcraft iii\war3.exe
Exception: 0xC0000005 (ACCESS_VIOLATION) at 001B:0306A6A8

The instruction at '0x0306A6A8' referenced memory at '0x0306A6A8'.
The memory could not be 'read'.

What should i do to make it run properly?

Well guys thanx for nothing.I googled it and solved the problem.Now I am playing it and liked it,coz I am playing it after an year.
