Water cooling help

I've always had my water cooling setup and my fx 60 always ran at around 35 load (depending on the room temperature). Here was my setup

Apogee GT
Swiftech dual 120 radiator
1/2 inch tubing
swiftech pump
swiftech reservoir

Not long ago i had to change the water inside because the swiftech hydrx chemical started breaking down. So i changed the water and i also changed my radiator to this http://www.hwlabs.com/gen2/gtx/gtx240.htm
But now when i reinstalled my stuff with my new radiator my temps are at 42/43 load. Idle only goes down to 38 which i find odd. Did i do something wrong? Isn't that radiator better than swiftechs (from what i heard). Also maybe can it be the thermal paste? I used arctic silver 5 and applied it the same way i applied it when i first got my cooling system....

Thanks

Nope the black ice radiators are poor compared to the swiftech radiators !

The high temp is no doubt due to the rad change, but you might have a bad mount on the cpu, try a few more mounts

But the black ice is so much thicker and bigger than the swiftech radiator. Its also a LOT heavier and looks more solid and costed me a LOT more. Any reason why the swiftech is better?

Here is where i got it from.

In the reviews though it said that it keeps his c2d 3.2 ghz overclocked at like 32 load. But how can this be compared to my temps. Is this just a fake? Ok should i switch back to my swiftech radiator now? The reviews are better than that of the swiftech 220 i have.

Edit: Oh forgot to add for the 2 120 mm fans i used the ones that were on my swiftech before. From what i was reading is that for this radiator to get really good performance you need more airflow. Is this true? The fans i got on there now for the swiftech arn't so fast since i guess the swiftech didnt need a lot of airflow. What 1200mm fans do you recommend that push a lot of air and are not noisy?

Thanks
