When are they going to stop?

Computers are imporving and speeding up at a huge rate. Doesn't that mean that when computers get to a certain stage, computers will have to be either cooled in a different way or completely redesigned.

Simply put, yes. Not just that, we'are approaching the limits of manipilatuoin of silicon as we know it ( iw uld suspect up to a 50 or 70nm process in chip before something new has to be developed)
