What exactly is the "reccomended requirements?"

Now what exactly does recommended mean? Does it mean you can run the settings on high? cause I have a computer that exceeds the recommended settings of most games and they run fine on high (except for oblivion(still...)) and I just wanna know... does recommended mean you can run the game on high settings without problems? or just mediocre?

it just means that you'd be able to play the game without any lag or stuttering frame rates.

I think when you have JUST the requirement, it means you can play smooth in default settings.

I've found that it really depends on the game/developer/publisher. For most, if you have the recommended, you can play default without much problem at all, but if you only have the minimum then you can only play the minimum settings.
