what game should i get?

Dark Messiah isn't very similar to Oblivion. Having played both I'd have to say the similarities are pretty much only skin deep. Oblivion is VERY open ended, compared to the linearity of DM.. do this, do that, kill them, kill that.. You can do and be whatever you want, And the world is huge! With Shivering Isles out and expanding on the concept its an experience not to be missed.

Some people have mentioned that they got bored with it soon.. Seeing as how theres so much stuff to accomplish i don't really see how, so i conclude Oblivion just isn't their type of game :D. But it would be a shame if it WAS yours and you missed out on it cause you thought it was boring.

On the other hand if you're going to get a Rts skip command and conquer and go with the best.. Company of heroes. Best Rts i ever played.

That's a pretty sweet collection :D. Because of your preference of games (mostly first-person shooters) i would recommend GRAW2. But be warned, the PC version is completely different from the 360 one (Different gameplay, missions, no cover system)

Edit: Oh and if you liked Civ 3, you should definately get Civ IV
 
i would probably get Command and conquer tiberium.

the screenshots ive seen look realy good.

yer i borrowed my mates copy of oblivion a little while ago and i think its too slow and boring. not enough happens.

i would probaly chose C&C3: TW. i have heard it is a very good game, is there any other games you had in mind?

ya I luv playing civ3, i just havnt seen much of a change between civ1/2/3
civ4 seems pretty similar, just dressed better

GRAW2 seems badass, whens crysis coming out? any1?
 
I'll laugh if Crysis dissapoints. Like EQ2, that game was supposed to be AMAZERING and it flopped like a bass. I could care less if I'm wrong, I don't have the time nor money to upgrade my system for Crysis. But I would still L-O-L if it sucked :)

Crysis' requirements are over-rated, why do you guys not see their marketing scheme? They are just trying to be play "bad-guy" to get you to buy the game, and have a Super PC to run it. Therefore, having the nice PC to run it, that will yield in better graphics, resulting in you buying more of their games. That is the whole "shebang" of their marketing scheme, they are laughing at you guys for believing the bullcrap they are throwing at you.

Spending hundreds on upgrading my PC would result in me buying fewer games because i'd be bloody SKINT!!!
 
They have not been updated in over a year! No bloody frickin dur They are over rated! They're wrong! Anyone with half a brain could see that!
