Theoretically nothing (except the computer will run a bit faster). If a current active process used some of these files, then it could crash, but even that's not a big deal...
Normally when u want to do some Disk Cleaning up. it would give u the option to delete files in temp folder and others. so basicly its a good thing. not to worry.
