Whats the difference between these two MSI 7600GS

so which ones better? given that theyre both the same price...sorry noob here

depends, the heatsink only one might heat up alot during games, but if you want a silent pc, it'll be better.

so if i want to overclock my card in the near future i should get the one with the heatsink and the fan?

yea definetly without that heatsink w/fan that gfx card will overheat. unless, i guess if you have really good cooling in your case (but just to be safe get the one with the fan).

ok so MSI is a nice brand? I wanted to get the eVGA one but theyre outta stock on the one i want...and are these MSI 7600 GS easy to overclock

The fan will dramatically lower the core temps, however most of the 7600GS fans do not cover the memory chips, so if you want to overclock the memory you may want to invest in a few copper RAM sinks. However generally speaking, the heatsink and fan will allow for a marginally better overclock, since you wont have to worry about as high temps.
