Where can I learn tips and tricks for COD3

I've been playing online - the past couple of days - and my game is improving ( but still a long way to go ) - but there are alot of things I don't fully know - that I'd like to learn.

Things like
* Strategies / formations of following your team mates vs opponents
* What weapons are best for what situations
* how should I be using map
* How do I do things like set mines, traps, bombs, etc

I'm still a total NOOB to gamers world - was wondering if there is a site that is user friendly for a new enthusiast learning this game as well as others.

reading how to do it is one thing, but utilising it is another.

The best way to do it is just practice. If you want to see other things you can do and what tactics people use then your best bet is search for youtube videos of it, because you can see how it is done and where it is done
