Those two are straight out bad quality, unless you're settling for a budget build or a really low-end home/office PC.

For that price you can get what Nevakonaza suggested or the almighty case:

I don't think MicroCenter ships to Canada. In that case your best choice for that price would be the Elite 330 as Nevakonaza suggested.

i know having enough airflow is very important but as for me. my big fans bought my computer a lot of dust and gave me asthma.

the case i would recommand if you want good airflow

The best airflow can be achieved with two fans. Intake on the front and Exhaust on the back.
