Which LAPTOP? Please

Hi, i'm looking forward to buy a new laptop.
i want a cheap one, but which will run games like Skyrim and Diablo 3.
I found two interesting laptops, and i need help knowing which one i should choose.

1. Toshiba A660-135

RAAM DDR3 1333MHz,

The samgsung will be a better laptop. The processor is slightly more powerful, and it has a DX11 video card about the same power as the GT330m.
