Which Mobo to pair with my overclocked E2180?

I am building a gaming rig coming up, and need to decide on a motherboard. I am going to put an Intel E2180 in it and try to OC it to around 3.2Ghz. I am going to use this computer mostly for gaming, but I'm on a $500 budget, so I'd like to keep the Mobo cost to under $100. I am thinking about this mobo, is there anything wrong with it? Also, I plan on using this graphics card. I don't need too many USB's, or firewire, or crossfire. I am just looking for a Mobo that will overclock very well, and perhaps be able to take an E6750 or Quad-Core in the future (not a necessity).

Also, what RAM should I get for this system? I know I want 2 gigs of 800, but don't know anything about timings etc. Is this RAM any good?

For $100, i would get the Gigabyte P35 DS3L, its a great board and overclocker. Or for a few bones more a P35 DS3R
