which one better socom or battlefield

k i was wondering which socom is the best and which one is the second best?

and with battlefield 2 for pc would it be better then all the socom games for ps2? cuz i always wanted a ps2 game where you can be a soldier but i wanted to know which one is best so i can get the best ones for ps2 and then see for myself which is best
 
Haven't played B2 but I have some of the SOCOM games. SOCOM is a third person shooter will battlefield is a first person shooter, If you want a game that feels like your a soldier, then Battlefield is the way to go. But as always, to each their own. Seeing as their cheap nowadays, buy 'em both.

i guess i should give socom a try which one should i get tho first which one would be the best cuz i hear they have glitches some of them i have battlefield 2 and it has that army feeling to it
 
If battlefront still has a strong online-player base, which is questionable, I'd get that first. If B2 doesn't, the single player of Socom is better. The later socoms have online as well.
