would a Coolermaster Extreme Power 650W ATX 12V V2.01 Silent Power Supply 20/24PIN 120MM Fan be able to run my rig im building?

im getting one of those new processers that are coming out this month, dont know if there going to be the new C2D or C2Q, mostly just for gaming, what would you recomend??
