wich psu do u think is better?

hello,
this is my first time here, and i hope i could have usefull help.

which do u think is beter:
SeaSonic S12 II 380w
or
corsair VX450W

thanx in advance.
 
It's the same platform (Seasonic builds that particular Corsair unit). Internally, the only real differences are that the Seasonic has a solid state capacitor on the +12V rail, and an 85C rated primary capacitor rather than the 105C rated primary on the Corsair.

These very minor things aside, the Corsair is obviously capable of putting out more power (450W as opposed to 380W). If they're a similar price, I'd go for the Corsair for that reason. Build quality wise they're identical.
