I'm going to build a comp with

Coolermaster Cosmos1000
Intel QX6600
EVGA 122-CK-NF67-T1 mobo
Corsair XMS2 4GB
Raptor X 150GB 10000RPM HD
EVGA G92 512MB(upgrading to 2cards)
OCZ GamerXstream 700w ATX12V

A cupple questions
1. Will the power supply fit in the case and work with the mobo and be enough power?
2. Will this be decent for gaming?

The OCZ GameXtreme 700w supply has been an excellent work horse here since last year on this build. I run games as well as other resource hogs and it never sees a drop. OCZ has been a well known for a good number of years for ocers and gaming builds.

All supplies these days are generally conformed to the standard atx type with exceptions for server cases and the like there. If you are looking at a few gaming cases those will take any standard atx supply.

The 700w model will easily power the hardwares even with a second card. Some may prefer going with a larger 850 or 1000w supply for ocing however.

1. Yes, the PSU will fit in the case, is compatible with your motherboard and will be more than enough for your system even with a second card.
2. Yes, that system will be very good for gaming. Like most systems crysis will still take a fair bit out of it, but it will serve you well.
