Will this cheap ram work?

It's DDR2 667 "crap" memory but it will run. The specifications show 533, 667, 800 speed memory capability for that model.

Alright thanks!! I know its crappy but, its cheap. Plus its better than my 333mhz stock clocked crap.

You will be far better off simply going for a good name brand rather then some cheap generic garbage that could see incompatibility issues or faults develop fast. You won't be disappointed that way.

Now you're talking my language! :P

Both of those are good deals and good considerations as well. For the next build when that comes along I was considering trying out a set of OCZ memory as one alternative to the Kingston Hyper X now being used. At least you are finding some deals on good memory while mail in rebates? seem to take forever at times.

I agree, those are some pretty sweet deals.

Which OCZ memory were you planning on trying out? They make some very good Ram I know that much!

I wouldn't be looking at any SLI or Crossfire setup while still looking over performance memory according to what is available then. Or I could simply stay with Kingston to see that used on a third build in a row if not going for Corsair again. At this time it's still kind of a "mystery" to be solved then. :P
