Will this hurt?

will it hurt to leave my case cover off? the side behind the motherboard not the main access cover but the other one? i noticed when its off my system and cpu runs alot cooler with the fans i have installed.
 
As long as the air circulatio is good, there wont be a problem, just as long you or nothing else touched the underside of the motherboard.

It won't hurt but you will probably get a lot more dust accumulation.
 
well, i have my side panel off, dosnt hurt
it makes the PC cooler, and i can also see my LED fan.
make sure nothing will touch the insede though, and watch for dust.

should i change this at all of it this good? or add any?

can't see much....its quite small. Do you have your case right now? could you take a picture of it, with the side panel off? it willl be quite easier.
