-Intel Pentium 4/ 2.26 GHz 533MHz FSB, 512K Cache
-V-DATA 184 Pin 256M DDR PC-2700

And will they fit in the same case that my Tabor 3 WS440BX motherboard is in?

just make sure the cpu is socket 478 and you're good to go.

The chip is naturally a socket478 but you should definitely consider a chipset upgrade ... the i848 was.... not so great
