If someone is stealing my wi-fi connection and i know who it is. Would there be any way to see or printout the details of his pc so I can nail him.

First of all, If you know someone is stealing your wireless connection, add a WEP key to your router/access point. Other than that, I don't think you can.

if you log onto your router and look at the DHCP list, it should show a list of computers connected to your router. So it should say his IP Address, his computer name, and his MAC address.

they should appear in your network places if someone is connected to your wireless network.
as madmodder said you should really have a WEP key set on your router if you haven't already

also, its not illegal if you dont have somekind of protection on it, like if the guy is cracking a password to get it then its illegal

This information is usually on your router. When you access your router by typing in the ip address for your router (usually something like 192.168.1.1), there is usually a client list of what computers are on the network.

Also if you don't already make sure your network is somehow encrypted, whether it be MAC address filtering, WEP, or WPA.
