have fun with those

the only thing i don't like is that there two different styled monitors but that is just me, i like everything to be the same

Yeah, I noticed that too. The different bases would bug me at first, but then I'd just get used to it..., probably because all the crap on the desk would cover it up and then I wouldn't have to look at it... :)

ya i wish i could make everything the same but dell doesnt sell the monitor on the right anymore

the thing i like about the monitor on the left is that it has analog and digital inputs vga, and its also a usb hub with 6 usb ports built in on the bottom and the side

the one on the right just has a vga input

Hahaha, you sound about as anal-retentive about that type of stuff as I am... It's really weird, there are certain things that must be right, and certain things I just don't care... No real pattern to them, either.

sorry off-topic to the first poster

not super anal-retentive but yeah a little. i know if i get a car the first thing i am going to do is take off the antenna and put in an under dash one just so it will be right in my mind

hahaha sooo off topic

anyway what i really want to do now is try to find a monitor like the one on the left and do a triscreen setup so that way it is syymetrical

btw im a gold member!!!
WHOOOOHOOOOO!!!!

Something that I did (as I have different model monitors) is to put a small book, then some folded up bits of paper, under the base of one monitor, to bring the actual displays level with each other.

Looks good. I have a dual screen setup, I love it. I couldn't go back to a single screen now that I have experienced dual.

I have a dual screen setup, I dont know what I would do without it. As bigsaucybob said, you will never go back to a single display.

So now that you have two, when is the third comming? :D

LMAO. You should see my setup. A 19' LCD from acer and a 15' LCD from gateway :P

ya now that ive experienced it, i never wanna go back. when i go to use myborthers comp or something it feels like his screen is sooo small:D

hey everyone, i was just wondering, i'm running with duel monitor right now and it seems to be slower compared to when i used one monitor. I'm guessing there's more for the computer to process is that right?
