WTB: Cheap Laptop

Normally i put this in the for sale section, but i never get any responses, so i'll post here. Anyway, im looking for a nice used laptop that is pretty cheap (Under $350), that can run XP Home. If any of you are selling one or know of any sites that sell them, that would be great!

I actually changed my mind, i would like to to run WinXp, but it doesnt have to. I would like it to have at least the following:

700Mhz+
256MB RAM+
20GB HD +
8MB GFX +
CD-Drive +
