Xbox 360 hook up to PC?

How can I hook up my xbox 360 to my desktop monitor. Its about one year old, but doesnt have any of the right hook up things( red, white, yellow). If someone could help me do this and tell me what I need to buy to get this done that'd be great.
 
does your computer monitor have a DVI input or is it only vga. If it has a DVI input buy the HD video cables for your xbox that have a DVI output and plug that right in and it'll work for ya. If it doesn't have DVI then it will be a bit more difficult and will require the Same DVI output cable on your box but then you'll need to get a DVI to vga converter which will likely degrade your picture quality a bit.
