or if u have an old xbox, with live connection jump on ebay and get a cheap 12 month for that, create it remember ur email and get on ur 360 and import it there using ur email and it will become a gold for 360, i bought my 12 month xbox live for orig xbox for like 25 on ebay, if u dont one of ur friends sure does..

when you buy your 360, you get a month free of gold, use it. then after that buy it by the year ($50) well worth it. as long as yours doesn't crash. =P i've had two crashing now. stupid microsoft
