Hello, I need help with setting up a computer as a public file server.

It has Windows XP Professional SP2 on it, I have portforwarded 22365 to it, and want to give anyone who enters in my public IP address with the port number ("ftp://70.190.216.175:22365/") to have access to a folder on my HDD named C:\public\

Can anyone help me with how I can do this?

Setup so it points to your public folder...

Go into your router and tell it to forward public port 22365 to local port 80.

You should check to see if your IP changes daily also...

If it does setup the connection with www.no-ip.com as it will show when your ip changes.

What do you mean Local port 80? All my options for port forwarding are, are

Service name
Begin on Port
End on Port
IP To Forward to
