Hey guys I just thought it would be nice for you to list your personal websites or websites which you have helped create. Mine is http://www.marrouche.net/cz3rt. I don't feel like going through people's profiles and looking at their links. Save me the time ;)

my site Not really a personal site, just pics of my model airplanes; but I did make it myself. Also this one mikemouse a site that I made for a friend of mine. He has a channel on IRC, (undernet #mikemouse), and wanted a site where the users could post their pics. :)

Nice.

Very nice man. I like model airplanes as well. Never made any but my dad has over 300 finished ones all 1/72 and all fighters from WWII (Japanese, American, German, British, Italian, Hungarian, Finnish, etc...).

Not a fancy site, i made it just to post my programs and i hoped to make some money out of them... but with limited succes. Here in Romania only a few people buy programs. We had a very high rate of software piracy.

Nice page as well. Wish you the best of luck. I know what you mean. The situation is pretty bad down here as well.

How do you guys design your websites?
I tried doing one entierely in html, it was ok, but... well... it kinda sucked in the practical way. I decided not to use up a name on the internet for such a sucky site!!

I think most of us use WYSIWIYG sofware (What you see is what you get). I am referring to DREAMWEAVER FROM MACROMEDIA for example.

Your site looks very professional...you used Dreamwaver? I never got along with that prorgramm, but i also never really had time to do so. Got any drag and drop programms to recommend?

WYSIWIYG programs make it too easy... now everyone can make a website.. while it has increased the number of website it also diminished the quality (not saying this is the case with any of your websites)...

It also happend when with the desktop publishing and printing industry when everyone bought a printer and enough software to trick them into thinking they could design their own stuff... what a mess it has made ;)

Good point! :)
Even in computer age really good designers work with pencil and paper first and only then with computers.
It's not enough to have the tools, you must have also the skill to use them...

That's very strange. Do you mean that you cannot click on any of the links. For example when you move your mouse over wallpapers, you cannot click on it? Please let me know. I need to fix that. What broswer do you use?

Oh and i use firefox.

I think I know what the problem is. It's incompatible with firefox. Gimme some time and I will fix it. Thanx for liking my wallpapers. I made all of them using Photoshop. Some took bare time to make, others were done in a matter of a few minutes.

Well, i only got firefox recently, and when i had microsoft internet explorer, it also didn't work. (i went quite a few times on that site. its really good!)

Hmmm...

I wonder why it does not work. Try it now if you can. I test my pages in OPERA, FF and IE6. I am working on installing coppermine so that I could add tons of wallpapers. I hope that will be done within a month. It works jsut fine in all of them. BTW what resolution are you using?

JAN :D

Woah Jan that is an impressive site you've got there, looks professional indeed!

I see you have some talent for art as well.
