What are the tools that you use for removing spyware and cleaning your computer, i just want to see if there are any that i haven't heard of.
It'd be neat to see what other people use for spyware removal and ext...

I use Spybot: Search and Destroy and Adaware, as well as Microsoft's Spyware Removal Program.

depends really... if you're talking general spyware removal i use the following:
Ad-AwareSE 1.06
SpyBot 1.4
MS Antispyware
HijackThis
(ocassionally SpySweeper)

If you're talking individual removal tools, I currently have 30, (but only use a few... listed below):
CWShredder
Killbox
About:Buster
ADspy
HSRemove

Also, worthy of mention are some other necesities for protection and clean up/fix proceedures:
SpywareBlaster
Hoster
CCleaner
RegScrubXP
IEfix
WinsockFix
LSPfix

Most of these are for experienced users (italics) that KNOW what they're doing with them, (otherwise you could really mess up you're machine).

for spyware I use spysweeper, xoftspy, spybot, ad-aware se and spyware blaster and for cleaning my computer I use window washer!

What is the best fastest program for hard drive defragmentation? payed, free does not matter. or is it best to use the one that come with the computer. (left click/properties/tools/degragment?

i use AVG Free for virus protection , SP2 Firewall , and and spy doctor spyware remover

SP2 Firewall sucks, i would use zonealarm free! It works well.
