zalman grease or Antec formula 5?

Ok so my Zalman CNPS9700 arrived today and i notice that it comes with Zalmans thermal grease too.

I have Antec Formula 5 which i used on my previous setup but wondered if there was any benefit from using either on on this setup?

Is one going to give me lower temps than the other or are these two much of a muchness?



I know AS5 is the way to go but i dont have it and i'm not going to buy yet another tube of compound if i have 2 other already!

really? so the zalman stuff might be pretty good then? Would be nice if it is cos it comes with a nice brush to apply it rather than trying to mess about with the silver compound

edit : hmm reading around on the reviews it seems like zalman super grease is in fact the dogs dangly bits! Some have had better results with it than AS5 but most at least put it on a par. Application of it is very easy too with its brush....
