Would a anti-virus program be sufficient to keep you protected for tasks such as web browsing and watching streamed video (youtube).

I sent them an email explaining why Eset doesn't scan everything and heres the reply: I just want ask if Eset doesn't scan running or locked programs, is there a possibility those programmes are infected?

I'v heard alot of negativity about Norton AV over the years. However, no matter how much you dispise Norton they still end up being on every new PC/Laptop you purchase. :8
