So far my experience with NCIX has been amazing. I hope it continues.
I noticed that the Asus P6T Deluxe V2 was on sale today, $50 off. Making it just $10 more than the motherboard I bought, the standard Asus P6T. I contacted NCIX via their online form and asked if I could change it. I expected them to say "no it's too late" (it was already processed) and take 24 hours to respond.
It took them 10 minutes to respond and they changed it immediately, gave me the sale price and sent me an invoice showing they charged an additional $10 to my credit card (the price difference between the two). That was it.
Maybe it's no big deal and maybe I just had horrible experiences with other companies, but that certainly made me feel more comfortable with my order... but again, I don't have the computer yet so maybe they'll screw up yet lol.
