AHHH i broke a laptop

i steped on a mates laptop after being pushed i have no idea of models but can someone give a ball park figure on how much to replace

Wow that will depend on the laptop model and brand. It can range from 3-400 to a grand for a replacement. The best way is to find out the brand and model. Try a search for it for repairs, or even if you want to.. look on ebay for any spares that may be on auction. This is of course, if you will do it yourself.

Yups. If you can find out the brand and model of the number. Then find out if the repair/replacement will cost more than the value of the laptop. If it does, then your just better buying that person a new cheaper laptop rather than replace it for a lot more $.

If it's a work laptop then they most likely will. As all companies have damage insurance of some kind.
