Any Program to help RAID0 without the need for HD Format

as the title says, i recently decided to raid my HDs but discovered that bothi drives have to be reformatted.. now i have alot of stuff on my drive and it would be a real pain to do so
is there software that can raid0 the HDs without the need of reformatting both?

no, you could potentially software raid1 with windows 2003, but even for raid1, XP needs a reformat
