Anyone here own/have used an Acer Aspire One D150?

It's one of those tiny 10" laptops.

I'm running Linux on mine, but it still runs hot. Despite applying a cpu-governor. I'm just wondering if this is inescapable, if the intel Atom N270 was always a little warm, and by this I mean the air coming out of the vent. I mean yeah, that's its purpose right to vent hot air, but maybe I'm just being greedy.

I had one of those a long time ago, it got a little bit warm. Older CPU's weren't as efficient and did tend to generate more heat than things do now days. It sounds pretty normal to me.

I have an Acer Aspire One A150 netbook (currently running Win 10 Pro). It only runs warm if the air vents are restricted. On yours, I would make sure the vents aren't restricted and also make sure the fan is operational.
