The best cards under $200 would be the GeForce GTX460 1GB and the Radeon HD 6850.
The HD 5770 isn't a bad card, but it can't keep pace with the two above. It's fine for gaming, what type of gaming do you do?

I have this card and for moderate gaming it's not bad. I can play things like WoW and borderlands at highest settings no problem. Newer games though, you'll have to drop the specs to get 60 fps

What resolution and screen size are you using? With a lower resolution your graphics card can perform better(ie- handling crysis easier, etc).

i dont know much about computers, i wanna play bad company 2, im not that much of a hardcore gamer

It'll be fine for that. I use mine at 1280x1024, and I get playable frame rates on everything I play. I have to turn the settings down a little on some games, namely Crysis, but not by much.

Like they said above, though, a GTX460 1GB or Radeon HD6850 would both beat it by a pretty good margin.
