In my laptop, sometimes I can't open all .avi video files but sometimes I can. There's no pattern on it. But the others like .wmv is always opening. I think it's only .wmv files that is opening because .mp4 has the same problem as .avi. I don't have any other files so maybe it's only .wmv that's always opening.
It's not that it's not opening, the sounds is still there but there's no video.
And it happens after shutdown then open, but as I said there's no pattern that if I shut it down now it will work when I open it vice versa.
