Bart Pe And Raid

Hi all, My XP has corrupted beyond repair and have been trying to boot with a stand alone CD to move my files to an external drive. Bartpe works great and even asks for my 3rd party Nvidia drivers for the raid, just like the XP disc. Problem is, it still doesn't see my Nvidia raid stripe. Anyone know what I might be doing wrong?

P.S. -- I also tried Knoppix and it saw the raid drive, but do to the NTFS config, it is read only. I know there is a tool for knoppix to be able to write, but I understand it still may not copy NTFS files properly.

If a striped array fails your data is gone. That is why it is not a good idea to run a consumer machine in RAID 0. You will have to get some data salvage software like Data Rescue PC, and see if that can recover your data, and even then it may not get everything you wanted.
