Best Card on 350w

I was just wondering what is the best graphics card that could run on a SeaSonic 80 Plus SS-350ET psu. I am guessing it's something along the lines of a gtx 750, however the computer I'm dealing with is kind of old and it would be nice to know what older video cards it can run simply because I am not sure it is worth putting a $150 video card into it.
(by old I mean it's a c2quad with 4gb of ram and some oem motherboard)

My thoughts are to look into some cheap Radeon GPU's 6670's and such.

I'm not much of a help but I need to get back to reading up after a 4 month hiatus from these forums.

Anything more powerful than the 750 Ti would be a bit of a waste anyway with a Core 2 Quad so yeah the 750 Ti would be ideal.
