Best Email Program?

I have a hotmail account and I was wondering what the best program to use would be, I don't want to go on the internet all the time to check my mail, I used Outlook Express and I don't like it's really bad, I can't install Windows Live Mail either...

What do you guys use or recomend?

I don't want to change to something like Gmail either

well, i think you have to have a premium hotmail account to check it with pop/imap anymore

so unless you're paying for the account, that might save you some frustration

i use thunderbird to check my aol mail, and absolutely love it

there is an extension for thunderbird to make it support hotmail as well, you might try that.

Thunderbird is my choice of pop3 client also.

Gmail isn't a program to use with pop3 email. Gmail is the pop3 email.

Just done a quick google search for 'thunderbird hotmail extension' and got the following website: http://webmail.mozdev.org/installation.html

Also looked on the official mozilla website and they also link to that same site too, so it seems a trust worthy site .

We use to have Novell Groupwise at work, it was awesome. Now we have Outlook

Sign-up for the beta somewhere and install it. It'll guide you through it, I tried it but the ads were annoying so I went to Inbox.com and got Outlook.

window mail comes with vista, is just like outlook express
