What is the best version of Microsoft Office to date for you, and why?

Personally I love 2007 and use to it. Office 2003 is really good too. I guess it's just whatever you're use to.

2007, it looks so good compared to the others and is ordred in a logical way that makes it so easy to find everything. 2003 was close on its heals for me, I must admit, but that is my choice

I loved Office 2003, but quickly learned to love Office 2007. It's too early to tell as far as Office 2010, but I'm sure it'll be good.

Nostalgia is an arse. I learned programming with 97 (VBA Macros), and for the longest time what I hated about 2k and newer was that every single new document would show up separately in the task bar... not that it really matters anymore now that I'm not a poor sod and I have a lappy with a decent 17" monitor, but back in the day (even as recently as 2007 when I still had an old P3 machine with 98SE I had to make due with) with max resolution of 1024x768 it just got on my nerves.

These days I use OpenOffice and KOffice, though.

I use 2007 all day long...everyday. It was a change from 2003 to 2007. I was lost for the first month. Now that I have gotten used to it, 2007 is a great product!

Cant have 2010? Why not? Yes, its still a beta therefor it may not reflect even near what the final release will be but, its free right now.

I love the ribbon on the top and the saving features

The only major problem I have with 2007 is the annoying Groove and OneNote but, a quick re-install and you can de-select them from the install

Office 2010 is in the RTM stage now. You can get it if you have an MSDN or TechNet account, but I'm sure you can find it on your favorite torrent site.

I downloaded it when it was open to the public, I was saying that it shouldn't be an option because people may not vote for it due to bugs that will be worked out by the time it is released.
