hi i am just wondering if theres an alternative way of having web access on your phone without having to get a blackberry internet service plan and by just using you carrier?

wifi is the only other option. Their devices require access to their services.

To use wifi you have to have the network wifi data to get that you have to pay for their services

If you mean you have a cellular data plan but it doesn't work on your BB, possibly.
