[Vamilvas]

I was asked to build a computer capable of running three monitors for under $600, how is this setup and what would you suggest?

First idea, I added 8gb of ram and a quad core for multi-tasking.

id just get a mobo with 4 ram slots, but thats my pet peeve

Budget was bumped up to $1000, i'm thinking go Intel with an i5 and a better GPU suggestions?
It needs to run AutoCAD and games.

A 6950 should run almost all games on high settings.

Ha, i have the same problem, even when I *know* I won't need the extra slots.
