Clickable logon for Linux

Hey,

Is there a way in Linux,Particualy Opensuse to create user accounts that are clickable like in windows?

I know you get the box and can type in your username/pass for different users but just wanted to know if theres any way

And dont say USE WINDOWS!!!! ,Im trying to get away from it!

im sure theres a way at how much linux's customization is, but im sure it'll be hard, and time cosuming... just "USE WINDOWS!!!"...

fedora has a login screen like that by default. I suggest consulting openSUSE
