connecting to printer

Hi guys,
I am trying to connect to my new printer (HP Photosmart B110) and I went to control panel add devices and added the printer it then said it was successfully added, when 9 windows opened saying "these files cannot be opened your internet security setting prevent one or more files from being opened" I do have Norton security 360 premier edition could this be a problem?
also every time I log on 1 of those windows popes up and it has been happening on other things such as games for about a month.

Did you use the printer install cd to actually install the printer?

hi i did but the cd in and then click install and a windows box with a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in and the only options were retry or close.

norton could be the issue, I would try disabling it (disconnect from the internet first, just in case) tyhen remove the printer and try installing again.
