Converting Powerpoint to Video

Hey all, I am trying to help out a family friend by converting a Powerpoint to video.

This powerpoint has all sorts of transitions, photos, sounds and videos in it and is a about a hundred slides. We would like it to just play all at once like a video including all of these transitions and slides.

Is there any way to do this or any program that I can look into to get this done?

If you guys need any more details please let me know, this is something that I would really like to get done quickly.

That doesn't maintain all of the transitions and such of the powerpoint.

What version of Office are you using? You can usually just save the presentation as a WMV video and the transition should be maintained.

I'm using 2013 on Windows 8.

I'll get a copy of 2010 and see if I can get it to work.

If it works on 2010, it will work on 2013.

Microsoft changed some stuff in 2013 similar to Windows 8, making it more complicated and some stuff working less.

As a last ditch solution I would try a screen recorder. There are some good ones out there. I just use the free CamStudio. make sure you're recording audio.
